Scenic Distractions I

Another Brick In The Wall?

I expended an absurd amount of time trying to get the brickiest shade of red on these rubble walls...

My opponent always sets these up in different locations on the board to maximize cover but I seem to have an unreasonable need to set them up in this manner as to simulate the burned out brick house...

These two broken down brick walls are made by Ender Toys, a company that is all over your sponsored results if you've ever searched for 40K stuff on Amazon.  They are 3D printed so they have that texture to them, but for most of the scenery pieces it adds some texture to pick the paint when you're drybrushing them.  I got these in a sampler pack of their terrain last year so I could see if they were worth further investing in the products.  They are very reasonably price compared to GW scenery but they are not nearly as detailed.  I've been having some fun lately adding small GW bits to these pieces to connect them in universe and add some unique improvements the models generic appearances.  I also picked up some wrecked vehicles that have more complex detail for my space junkyard from the same company and they should be appearing here in the future as they are painted up.
